Jamaican Trip Reports and Photos/Videos of Jamaica and Sint Maarten! email to someone | printer friendly

East Coast Jamaica where the tourists forget to go & the travelers enjoy themselves!
Check out this beautiful and quiet part of Jamaica in the parish of Portland (where we had a great opportunity to meet with Rasta Mokko, a great Bush Doctor); and also discovered one of the greatest chef in Jamaica: Dicky's best kept secret.

Also read about our newest report on another great place in the East Coast Jamaica in the parish of Saint Thomas. This is where Rasta Mokko lives! Come ah yard, in this rural part of Jamaica called Sunning Hill.

In all of the east coast, we visited some of the most popular spots: Rio Grande, Frenchman's Cove, Blue Lagoon, Winnifred's Beach, Reich(or Reach) Falls, Boston Beach (capital of Jerk spice, great surfing), Long Bay, Rocky point (one of the beaches that is still left virgin, what Negril would have looked like back in the day before it got all turistic!), Mount Felix, the Slavery Head quarters (if you can do these hikes, then you can be a true Jamaica!), Golden Shore beach, Port Antonio, Morant Bay, community Sunning Hill and Long Road and the hot Mineral Spring Bath, just to name a few... To read our adventure with Mokko & our Jamaican Trip Report (including pictures), click Here

To View only the photo albums click here... 2006 Portland Jamaica or our newest 2007 Saint Thomas Jamaica which we are currently updating often... so come forward again!

Jamaica Google Earth placemarks! email to someone | printer friendly
We've been working on marking all the places we've been to in Jamaica and then some!

With Google earth it's pretty easy to do and since we always bring a GPS down there we though we'd share this with all of you. We know good maps are hard to find and most on the internet are small. So for those who are planning a trip we've got most sites covered from Kingston to Portland and Saint Thomas. If anyone has more place marks to add please
e-mail them to us!

If you already have Google Earth, then you can
click on our Jamaica.kmz file here:

<---- Click to download our waypoints

If you do not have GoogleEarth, click the logo below to download it:
